EXTRAVERGIN BIOLOGIC OIL

In order to maximise extraction the olives are picked only at the right level of maturation and the conservation of the olives , before pressing, is closely followed. The olives are then gently crushed into a circular tank with a stone and pressed. We try to minimise acidity, and the taste results sweet and strong with a touch of almond aftertaste. Keep it cool and not in direct contact with light or heat.
