For groups of 2 max 6 persons we organize cooking classes in line with Musella’s philosophy. Organic and typical seasonal ingredients will be provided for a real Italian Cuisine experience.
You will have the opportunity to learn how to cook different specialties of the Italian tradition and then have the dinner with the result of your class, eventually matched with Musella’s biodynamic wines.
Our chef Serena offers you 3 different coulinary experiences: the Vegetable Garden, Grandma’s Kitchen and Modern cuisine, but you are free to choose different dishes for up to three dishes. An appetizers, a first course, and a dessert. For different dietary needs Serena is also trained for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free cooking.
The dishes vary depending on the season and you can choose an appetizer, a first course and a dessert among the dishes that we propose. The choice of dishes is very wide but if you have in mind a particular dish that you would like to learn let us know and we will try to satisfy you!
